Fishing

The fishing is incredible around Vancouver Island. In the summer and fall, we go salmon fishing in the ocean. In the spring, we go trout fishing in the creeks, rivers, ponds, and lakes. And we go rockfish fishing all year round.

This September (2006) JiHwan and I caught a shark (dogfish) from our kayak. That was a lot of fun! We also caught some lingcod, greenlings, rockfish, and flounder. Jihwan caught a fish that was so big he couldn't real it in.
