Horseback Riding

When the weather is nice, we saddle up and head to the Bear Creek Ranch for a bit of trail riding. The trail rides usually last between one and two hours through a forested trail. A trained horse guide leads the horses and a teacher rides along as a chaperone.

The Bear Creek Ranch gives international students a chance to see a bit of the wild west. The last time we were there we talked about the possibility of camping on the ranch over night. Imagine a campfire on a real horse ranch!
